Pakistan's most prestigious Model United Nations conference. Cold War Summit 2027 — January 23–24, 2027. Two days. Six committees. Two hundred delegates. One conference that will shape the next generation of Pakistan's diplomats, journalists, and leaders.
IIMUN runs one committee experience: the Cold War. Operated by Islamabad Forum for Strategic Studies SMC-Private Limited, it isn't a theme bolted onto generic UN topics — every committee, background guide, and crisis is built around a real Cold War flashpoint, researched from primary history.
IIMUN 2027 focuses on the Cold War — the most consequential geopolitical struggle in modern history. Delegates represent nations, draft resolutions, and navigate crises that changed the course of civilisation.

Delegates from Pakistan, South Asia, and internationally bring diverse perspectives to every debate. IIMUN is not a local conference — it is an international platform.
Our Rules of Procedure are modelled directly on actual United Nations practice. No shortcuts. No approximations. Real diplomatic process that prepares you for the real world.
Best Delegate, Outstanding Delegate, Verbal Commendation, and Best Position Paper awards decided by experienced chairs with real evaluation criteria.
Every committee has a 20+ page background guide written by subject-matter experts. Delegates who prepare will debate at a level most conferences never reach.
Our committee chairs are selected from Pakistan's most experienced MUN participants. They are trained, certified, and held to published performance standards.
Every delegate receives an official IIMUN official physical certificate signed by the Secretary-General and a formal Delegate Record documenting their performance.
Only 40 Early Bird spots remain out of 40. Secure your seat at Pakistan's most prestigious MUN conference before they're gone.
IIMUN is designed for students aged 14–25 who take debate, history, and international affairs seriously. Whether you are attending your first MUN or your fifteenth, IIMUN offers a level of preparation and procedure you will not find elsewhere in Pakistan.
Submit your position paper, prepare your opening speech, research your country, and read your committee background guide. Preparation is what separates good delegates from great ones.
The Opening Ceremony. The Secretary-General opens the summit. All six committees convene for the first time. Opening speeches are delivered. The real debate begins.
Formal moderated debate, unmoderated caucus, bloc formation. A crisis directive is issued — something unexpected happens in your committee's historical setting and delegates must respond.
Secondary agenda topics. Final draft resolutions completed. Voting procedure. Every vote counts. Resolutions pass or fail based on delegate persuasion and coalition-building.
Keynote address by a distinguished speaker. The Closing Ceremony. Best Delegate, Outstanding Delegate, Verbal Commendation, and Best Position Paper awards presented.
